Spend the day at Sawbill; practice basic canoe skills, study plant identification, hear ecotourism lecture; obtain permits, canoes and other rented gear; divide class into three groups for trip

BWCAW trip - each groups travels a different route; return Aug 20 for a hot shower at Sawbill Outfitters; camp in nearby campground; group campfire
